Kickoff & scoping

No new tool this module — the four tools already learned (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM) are now resources the group chooses from, based on what the project actually needs, not a checklist to tick every tool. Two gating rules apply at once: the capstone project mark from this build is what gates the certificate, together with the final test and the endline survey — unlike the four earlier module builds, which were practice. The final test also opens this week: it's individual, taken on each learner's own phone, needs 80% to pass, and has a rolling 24-hour retake window with a maximum of three attempts.
