Meet Claude

When you ask for something document-shaped — a guide, a table, a plan — Claude can open it as an Artifact: a separate panel next to the conversation that holds the finished piece, which you can keep refining without losing the chat. Artifacts can be exported to Word, PowerPoint, PDF, or Excel. The key limitation: Claude cannot generate images. Any picture in a Claude Artifact has to come from somewhere else — a photo you took, or an image made in another tool. On the free plan, conversations may be used to train the model, so treat it like any other free tool — nothing private or identifying.
